Biliteracy Pathway Certificate Program

The Biliteracy Pathway Certificates are designed to create a pathway for long-term language learning from elementary through high school, and to prepare students to earn the Massachusetts State Seal of Biliteracy at high school graduation. The program is coordinated by the Language Opportunity Coalition (LOC) and available at no cost to schools and districts.

Biliteracy Pathway Certificates can be awarded to any student, at any age and grade level, and in any type of language learning program, based on proficiency assessments in English and one or more partner languages.
